submitted by James O. - |Recommended: YesAlinea Town and Country 5 Stars — I've lived in a number of apartment communities and Alinea has been the best. We love the hot tub, BBQ's, heated pool and Starbucks coffee machine. But it's the people that make it special- the entire staff and neighbors are super friendly. You can come here and be part of community or keep to yourself. It's a pretty diverse community by STL norms and the kids love here as well as the adults. Alinea is also in one of the best school districts in the state, complete with school bus stops at our front door. alinealiving

submitted by Darrell W. - |Recommended: YesNIce place, poorly supported. — I feel undervalued here, I've had a couple of issues and resolving it has been like pulling teeth. The leasing office here is not empowered enough to really deal with things immediately. Due to these restrictions I have emailed the regional manager, and as of yet have not had a single email returned. I'm frustrated and have spent a lot of my time needlessly. It is usually quiet here overnight but the amenities are minimal aside from the small pool, the amenities have been reduced to a conference room- rental option, small exercise room and Wifi that only sometimes works. This property could really use a billiards table or a game room. Feels like they're giving and doing only what they have to.

It was an unfortunate situation, and we did try to rectify the issue but are limited after the second occurrence, hopefully the other party can assist you, as we did. The conference lounge is available to residents 24/7 and only required to rent for private use such as a meeting or training. Our pool is a heated zero entry splash pool with an infinity edge and is opened 8 months of the year, as well as, the spa. We apologize for the wi-fi there was an issue that required the assistance of IT. It has since been corrected. We hope to change your mind during the remainder of your stay with us and thank-you for your patience. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any other concerns or questions. -Alinea Management

submitted by Judy S. - |Recommended: NoThe property is in a great location and the apartment layouts are nice. — The positive attributes of Alinea the location, the apartment layout, the management team and staff. The negative attributes of Alinea cleanliness-you have to hire more staff to keep the property clean inside and outside the pool - you have to hire a pool attendant. I am a long term tenant and do not like to complain, but I am saddened to hear when I tell friends and acquaintances that I live at Alinea and they tell me they hear terrible things about the community. I wish I could give the property 5 stars in all categories, but I believe if some more staff could help with cleanliness Tim is amazing and some pool monitoring could be done, the property would be a 5-star community. Thank you.

Location Location Location Management is receptive to resident input, and communicates well with their Alinea Family . Planned Monthly Events, such as Wine Down Wednesday, are fantastic for welcoming new residents and nurturing our easy rapport with existing neighbors Our property is maintained well and Mike and Tim are efficient and responsive to maintenance requests. At the center of our community... the wonderful pool, hot tub, grilling station and communal areas bring neighbors together on a daily basis The fitness center is a wonderful amenity and the dog park is a nice feature for our many canine neighbors as well. At Alinea We feel like we are on vacation every day

submitted by Michael P. - |Recommended: NoAnnoyed with simple account management — I've lived here over a year and always paid my rent on time and used the entrata app. But it it never feels reliable. I do not have a checkbook and this is how I prefer to make all my payments. At this time, it's Aug 1 and I can not make a rent payment. I get an error on my phone this property does not allow pre-payments . Well, it can't be a prepayment if rent is due on the 1st.
response from property -Michael, Sorry you had an issue with August rent. There should not be issues paying rent on the first going forward; this was a one time glitch due to the migration of internal management software. And you should have always been able to pre-pay online, if you find this not to be true for September rent please contact the office. Paying online is very reliable and allows for residents to keep record of their payments and charges. If there are anymore issues let the leasing office know right away. -Alinea Management
